Peter Edwards brings 25 years of broad experience as in-house counsel in domestic and global environments. He served as general counsel of the multi-national public companies Celanese Corporation (specialty plastics and chemicals), Baxalta Incorporated (biopharmaceutical spin-off from Baxter), and Mallinckrodt plc (specialty pharmaceuticals). Peter also lived and worked overseas in Brussels as general counsel for Solvay Pharmaceuticals.

In his earlier career, he held in-house positions of increasing responsibility within Mettler-Toledo, Inc. and Eli Lilly and Company. Peter began his career as an associate in a large private law firm.
