As an in-house General Counsel for more than 20 years with three international companies, Carol has extensive experience in delivering innovative legal and business solutions to diverse domestic and international client groups in both manufacturing and service industries.

Most recently, Carol represented a multi-billion dollar publicly-traded company through a very successful IPO.

Christian sits on FLI’s ‘Global Projects Team’. He has a wealth of experience in dealing with and managing complex multi-jurisdictional cross-border matters and has led projects spanning over 60+ jurisdictions.

Most notably, Christian is known for his contributions in a variety of multi-jurisdictional regulatory and licensing projects involving novel technologies, cross-border M&A transactions, real-estate audits/acquisitions, large-scale complex EU-immigration support, cross-border debt-collections, FCPA compliance investigations, foreign litigation and hotels/hospitality tax optimization projects in Central and Latin America.

With both a science and legal background, Christian’s eye for detail and focus on quality enables him to provide Client’s with top-end support and service across the board.
